Mel is the owner & founder of Whitecaps Film, videographer, and editor on the team. In 2016 she graduated from ODU with a degree in Communications and focus in Media Studies. Then in 2017, she started filming weddings. She became a drone pilot shortly after and also has an interest in underwater filmmaking. Creativity has always been a big part of who she is, and she loves that she's able to express her creativity through videography. She lives to tell love stories, and is thankful couples allow her to capture their most authentic and emotional moments!

Sara is a videographer and editor on our team from Richmond, VA. She is dedicated to making your big day memorable and loves all things events, so it's no surprise that her full time job is an Event Planner at Hilton Norfolk THE MAIN.

Maddy is a videographer on our team, as well as a photographer for her company, Maddy Humphrey Photos. She's a Virginia Beach local who loves all things video, creativity, and wedding trends. She will make sure all the details of your day are captured and everything goes smoothly. You can find her work on Instagram @maddyhumphreyphotos.

Honor is a videographer on our team as well as your personal hype girl! Her energy will keep your day flowing with positivity, confidence, and organization in your timeline. When she's not filming, she is fighting for criminal justice as a parole officer in Chesapeake.

Erica is a videographer on our team who loves to cook and be on the water. We actually all have that in common! She has an eye for making things look good and is very caring. Her fun spirit and light hearted since of humor will make you REAL smile all throughout the day.

Shelby is a videographer on our team, and photographer for her own business SK Imagery Co. She loves expressing her creativity behind a camera and has a good amount of experience in front of one too! Check out her photography work on Instagram @skimageryco.
